Advanced Whiteboard Hacking – aka Hands-on Threat Modeling

Based on our successful Black Hat trainings in the last 3 years, we release this updated threat modeling training with improved exercises and even more examples. This year we enhanced the sections on agile and DevOps threat modeling, privacy risk modeling, added a section on "threat modeling at scale" and all participants get our new Threat Modeling Playbook (released in première at Black Hat). As highly skilled professionals with years of experience under our belts, we know that there is a gap between academic knowledge of threat modeling and the real world. In order to minimize that gap, we have developed practical Use Cases, based on real-life projects. Each use case includes a description of the environment, together with questions and templates to build a threat model.
